Where the spirit of Lake Garda meets creativity and conviviality

Surrounded by greenery and sheltered beneath the large mulberry tree that gives the bistrot its name, MUUR was created as a welcoming and intimate space where the atmosphere of Lake Garda can be experienced through flavours, aromas and moments shared together.

Here, the territory becomes inspiration.

Our cuisine is rooted in the products, landscapes and traditions that surround the lake, allowing seasonality and nature to guide creativity. Each dish is born from the meeting of local identity, tradition and contemporary interpretation, with the desire to tell the story of this place in a new yet respectful way.

This philosophy perfectly reflects the spirit of Italian cuisine recognised by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, not only for its culinary value, but also for its deep connection to territory, sustainability and the passing down of traditions from generation to generation.

At the heart of the experience is also our cocktail bar, where great classics are reinterpreted through the aromas, ingredients and inspirations of the Garda region.

And then there is our artisanal gelato, made with certified organic milk and designed to be enjoyed at any moment of the day: a simple gesture of quality and pleasure, perfectly in tune with the soul of the bistrot.
